1）真相腰帶 👘

士兵只有繫上腰帶時才準備戰鬥。

羅馬士兵的皮帶由金屬和厚重的皮革製成，是他帶劍的地方。

它的前面還懸掛著一塊保護片。

他的皮帶將他的所有其他盔甲裝備都綁在一起。

繫好皮帶 意味著他準備好面對行動。 

真理是將信徒的盔甲裝備綁在一起的腰帶。

終極真理可以在 神 的話語和耶穌基督身上找到。(約翰福音14：6) 

為了保護自己不受肉體、世界和 謊言之父的侵害，我們必須了解這一真理。

真理使我們紮根，並使我們想起我們在基督裡的身份。 

1.1. 如何使用 👘真理之腰帶 👘

1.1.1 👘用 聖經聖言 開始新的一天

如何開始新的一天對於贏得每天不可避免地要面對的戰鬥至關重要。

在其他人起床之前，請預留至少10分鐘的時間用 聖言開始你的一天。

重要的是，您必須不分心完全沉浸在聖經中。 

 

1.1.2. 👘用 聖經聖言 結束你的一天

躺下之前，請在一個安靜的地方，花20分鐘時間研習 聖經聖言。 

ESV Study Bible 學習用研讀本聖經 被認為是最好的，

也是 學習用的聖經版本中較易找較便宜的。

（個人覺得 NLT Life Application Study Bible 與 NLT Recovery Study Bible也不錯：易明） 

1.1.3.👘背誦您正在用來面對的謊言誘惑試探 的相關經文 

聖經是生活的指南，由我們的創造者撰寫。

無論您在苦苦掙扎甚麼，都有經文可指出正確的方向。 

在Google中搜索 " _ _ _ _ 聖經經文"， 找到直接說出您的內心話的經文。

然後記住它，並在撒旦攻擊你誘惑你時大聲說出來。

2 正義 護胸甲💟

羅馬士兵總是裝備有護胸甲。

在戰鬥中，當他不夠快拿起盾牌時，這件盔甲保護著他的重要器官。

用護胸甲是因為敵人會有快速和突如其來的突擊。

作為信徒，除了基督給我們的義之外，我們沒有公義。
祂的公義就是我們的護胸甲。

祂的公義永遠不會失敗。
儘管我們自己沒有公義，但我們仍然必須依靠祂的能力選擇做正確的事。
活出根植於  神 聖言的正確生活，對保護我們的心臟，

消除我們軟弱肉體的問題 以及擊敗敵人具有強大的力量。

2.1. 如何使用💟正義胸甲 

2.1.1. 💟確定生活中可以增強自己的正義的活動。

這可以很簡單，例如 

偶爾與一個無家可歸的人交談並認識他們名字 (下次見面也認得打招呼問候)。

2.1.2. 💟找出生活中削弱你的不正當行為。

每個人也不同。

例如：我注意我在看 與 主的教導不符的電影和電視節目。

使自己暴露於不道德的行為，便讓撒但削弱了基督在我周圍築起的牆。

3 和平福音帶來的鞋👟

羅馬士兵的腳上裝有稱為caligae的鞋。 不要以為是普通涼鞋！ 

那些鞋是為了在士兵長征戰鬥中保護他們的腳而製造的。

他們的鞋底非常厚，可以防止起泡，完美地包裹了腳踝。 

Caligae的底部也有尖刺，以幫助他們在旅行中站穩 幫助他們建立了堅實的基礎。 

（咁即係有啲似田徑用嘅 釘鞋？！）

3.1. 如何使用 👟和平福音鞋👟

信徒在福音中也有牢固的基礎。

作為信徒，我們有平安：知道自己對耶穌為我們所做的一切有把握。

3.1.1. 👟每天向自己傳福音。

提醒自己對耶穌基督的盼望希望HOPE。 

由於祂的犧牲和您對祂的信仰，您將不會滅亡，而將獲得永生。 

不要等到困難提醒自己這個時候。 

打好基礎靠在每天提醒這種盼望，您將能夠克服所有困難。

3.1.2. 👟與他人分享您的見證。

與他人分享福音的最簡單，

最有效的方法是，向您講述耶穌如何改變了您的生活的故事。

3.1.3. 👟成為一個活生生的例子。

許多人都會看到您生活的方式。 

當您有聖靈果子時，人們會注意。

4  信仰之盾 🛡

羅馬士兵的盾牌是一件複雜的盔甲。盾牌是士兵的主要防禦武器。

它由堅不可摧的木材 皮革 帆布和金屬製成，可以浸濕使用以撲滅敵人的火炎箭。

信念是信徒的盾牌。要保持堅定不移，必須相信  神 的能力和保護。

戰鬥進行得很激烈時，我們必須記住  

神 令萬事萬物互相效力。祂始終信守諾言。

4.1. 如何使用🛡信仰之盾🛡

4.1.1. 🛡 記住  神的應許。

當敵人的暗器飛鏢 試圖影響您的心時，

請在您遇到的情況下用  神 的良善來撲滅它們。

這是他的一些應許...

他永遠不會拋棄你（申命記31:6）

他會滿足您的所有需求（腓4:19）

呼喚他，他就會回答（詩篇50:10）

他將使你的道路走得通（箴言3:5-6）

去這裡看神的25個核心諾言。

4.1.2. 🛡士兵的盾牌相連時最堅固。

作戰，請與其他信徒團結一起。

最好的團結方式是通過小組的緊密關係。

這是在第一世紀教會開始的方式，也是今天信徒間形成建立最牢固的關係。

4.1.3. 🛡講述 神 在你一生中的過去勝利。

在電影《作戰室》中，克拉拉小姐在她的牆壁上 飾有所有得到主點應答應的禱告。

列出 神 過去為您做的一切吧！

每當您信仰動搖時，請背誦此清單，並詳細記住  神 是如何成事的。

5 拯救頭盔 ⛑

士兵的頭是他最脆弱的區域之一。沒有頭盔，一擊必將致命。

他的頭盔覆蓋了他的整個頭部，面部區域以及兩眼之間。

如果他不戴頭盔，他的裝甲將毫無用處。

信徒的救贖頭盔是基督徒最重要的盔甲。

得救恩之時如果沒有聖靈進入信徒內在，其他所有盔甲都是無用的。

救恩使信徒有能力去戰鬥。

它在我們的弱點中保護了我們。

沒有救贖就沒有勝利。

5.1. 如何使用⛑救贖頭盔⛑

5.1.⛑堅信自己的得救。

當您毫無疑問地知道由於基督在十字架上所做的事而要上天堂時，甚至死亡也無法擊敗您。

我們都會面臨極其黑暗的時期。那時，我們的救贖將點亮道路並將我們帶回家。

 

5.1.2. ⛑把自己的專注力放在 神的事情與靈修上。

整日要有意識地用精神食牧養好自己。
在網上收聽/存起錄起 世界各地優秀牧師的佈道。

每天在上下班的路上聽這些佈道。

6 靈劍 🗡

士兵的所有其他武器都是防禦性武器，除了他的劍。

劍是致命的武器。在熟練的戰士手中，他甚至可以穿透最強的盔甲。

我們的劍是  神 的道，無論是書面的還是化身的道。

其他每件盔甲都可以保護我們免受攻擊。

有了  神 的聖言，我們才真正有能力戰勝所有敵人。

基督在沙漠中受試探時，用聖經聖言擊敗了撒但。

我們必須做同樣的事情。

6.1. 如何使用 🗡聖靈之劍🗡

6.1.1. 🗡裝備自己。特意閱讀經文。

正如我之前提到的，找到一個時間可以不分心而專注於閱讀和研究神的話語 。

6.1.2. 🗡當受到攻擊時，用  神 的話語來反擊。

當撒但在沙漠中攻擊基督時，

祂告訴他：「不……因為經上記載了……」

當撒但試圖追隨你時，學習基督榜樣。

6.1.3. 🗡感到被打敗後，也請沉浸在聖經聖言中。

即使是那些懷有堅定信念的人，也會有幾天覺得自己幾乎無法堅持下去。
在這些日子裡， 只看十分鐘聖經的時間是不夠的。
放個短假期一天也好，全日沈浸在神的話語中。
閱讀 學習 祈禱；不斷地重複地  閱讀 學習 祈禱。

7. 禱告 🙏

在禱告中，我們表現出對  神 的依靠和行動。

我們的整個盔甲都植根於他的力量。

沒有他的同在，我們在戰鬥中將無能為力。

我們作戰也必須屈膝(禱告)。

贏得戰爭的那一位與我們一起在戰鬥中。

當我們以他的能力戰鬥時，我們將看到勝利。

7.1 如何使用 禱告

7.1.1.🙏每天早上醒來第一件事： 禱告。

在您做其他任何事情之前，請直接禱告。

我每天開始向  神 祈求做出明智決定的智慧，

使自己有紀律地忠於 祂的話，以及願景聽見 祂為指導而說話。

7.1.2. 🙏全天 隨時隨地 祈禱。

有時，我們會一遍又一遍地講同樣的禱告。

當我們與  神 交談時，這可能導致我們處於自動駕駛麻木狀態。

您可以整天 隨時隨地即興地祈禱，以突破重複。
為遇到的人禱告。

為您認識的人禱告。
為  神 創造的奇事和美麗禱告。

7.1.3. 🙏睡覺前，先與  神 對話。

向 萬王之王 屈膝敬禮（臣服於萬王之王）， 是一件有力的事情。
世上一切的創造者無所不在，並隨時可以與您交談。
告訴他您要感恩的事，並與他談談您的想法。

儘管贏得了戰爭，但必須進行日常戰鬥。
值得慶幸的是，我們在面對每場戰鬥時都知道 

我們擁有可以幫助我們擊敗敵人的裝甲和武器。
